These bandits are currently on the run and incognito. If you come across them do not attempt to apprehend, as they may be armed and dangerous. They have been known to carry explosive guitars and heavy drum sticks. They may also be using some form of sound warfare as people near them have been observed swaying and moving around as in some type of dance trance. Be warned they make you feel tingly inside and you could lose your sense of endangerment causing a dancing sensation. If you spot them, go immediately to a safe, quiet area and call the authorities.
